About The Chef

Peter Kuruvita began his love affair with food and passion for cooking in the traditional kitchen of his ancestral home in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
After three decades as an award-winning chef and restaurateur, best known for his Flying Fish brand, he diversified to TV presenter, author, industry speaker and restaurant consultant.
Peter brings his love of sumptuous local seafood to the menu, which is bursting with fresh, high quality produce - the perfect accompaniment to a sublime ocean setting.
